ayroam is operated by Aykiz Intelligence, Dhaka, Bangladesh. It is currently running as a closed test. These terms cover what the closed test is, what it is not, and what using it means.
The closed test
Every fare on this site comes from a mock supplier and every payment runs through a mock gateway. No real airline ticket is issued, no seat is reserved with any airline, and no money is charged, held, or moved. Bookings made here exist to exercise the product and will be deleted when the closed test ends.
Accounts and booking references
You can use ayroam with or without an account. A booking is identified by its reference (it looks like AYR-XXXXXXXXXXXX); anyone holding the reference and a traveller's last name can view that booking, so treat the reference like a ticket, not like a receipt. An account additionally lists your bookings in one place.
Your data during the closed test
Traveller details entered into test bookings are stored so the funnel can be exercised end to end. Passport and document numbers are masked wherever they are displayed. See the Privacy page for the full picture, including what is deleted when the test ends.
Acceptable use
Do not enter another person's real identity or documents without their permission, do not probe other people's bookings, and do not use automated tools against the site beyond ordinary browsing. Rate limits apply to searching, sign-in, and booking lookup.
No liability during the closed test
Because nothing is sold here yet, ayroam accepts no liability for travel plans made against anything shown on this site. Prices, schedules, and availability are synthetic. When ayroam begins selling real inventory these terms will be replaced, and the new terms will be dated and announced on this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Questions about them reach the operator through the contact routes on this site.
