Straight answers about booking, paying, and managing a trip on ayroam.
How do I book a flight?
Search from the home page, in plain words or with the form. Pick a fare, enter traveller details, and pay. You get a booking reference straight away and an e-ticket page once the airline issues the ticket.
Is ayroam live for real travel yet?
Not yet. This is a closed test: flights come from a live airline sandbox and payments run through a test gateway, so no card is charged and no ticket is valid for travel.
How do I find my booking?
Open Manage and enter your booking reference with the lead traveller's last name. If you booked signed in, your Account page lists every booking made with your email.
How do refunds work?
Open your ticketed booking and choose Help with this booking, then Refund. We review the request against the fare's rules, and the booking page shows every step of the decision.
Can I change my travel date?
Yes. Request a date change from Help with this booking on a ticketed booking. We come back with what the fare allows and any difference to pay before anything changes.
What does the passport scan do?
Scanning the passport photo page fills the traveller form from the machine-readable zone, with every check digit verified. The image is read once and never stored.
Do I need an account?
No. Guests book and manage with the booking reference alone. An account keeps all your bookings in one place, and you can sign in with an email code or with Google.
What currency are prices in?
Prices show in the currency each fare is sold in, taxes included. The total you see before paying is the total you pay.
